Visit offices of allied WWII military command, take cable car across Yangzte, visit docks.

Visually stunning. Especially if you arrive at night. Another enormous shiny new city emerging at breakneck speed. It's the terminus for the Three Gorges river cruise, so you either start here for the downstream cruise, or end the upstream cruise here.
